Designed for both outpatient and inpatient care, we offer holistic, personalized rehabilitation programs focused on restoring independence, mobility, and quality of life.

OUTPATIENT SERVICES
Each of the following services is available to outpatients. Ask our team about any of these programmes:
Strength Training
Improves muscle strength and endurance by working muscles against resistance. Ideal for patients recovering from stroke, surgery, or prolonged illness.
Equipment: Resistance bands, tubing, dumbbells, pneumatic gym systems.
Endurance Training
Aerobic exercises designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, stamina, and overall energy levels.
Flexibility Training
Enhances joint mobility and muscle flexibility through guided stretching programmes.
Equipment: Stretching straps, yoga blocks, foam rollers, CPM machines.
Balance & Mobility Training
Improves stability, coordination, and walking patterns while correcting movement abnormalities.
Equipment: Body-weight-supported gait trainers, parallel bars, treadmills, balance boards, Bosu balls.
Sports Injury Rehabilitation
Specialised care for injuries involving muscles, joints, ligaments, and tendons.
Conditions: Sprains, ACL injuries, meniscal tears, rotator cuff injuries, elbow & ankle injuries. Therapies: UST, IFT, Cryotherapy.
Pain Management
A multidisciplinary approach to reduce pain and improve function and quality of life.
Includes: Medical therapy, physical therapy, psychological support. Equipment: UST, IFT, TENS, Cryotherapy, Moist heat therapy.
ADL Training (Activities of Daily Living)
Helps patients regain independence in everyday activities such as dressing, eating, and personal care.
Equipment: Self-care aids, dressing tools, feeding devices, mobility aids, bathroom safety tools.
Occupational Therapy
OT services help individuals regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily activities affected by illness, injury or disability — including self-care, work and sports — by improving physical, cognitive and emotional abilities through personalised, goal-oriented care using simulated environments.
Conditions treated: Stroke and neurological conditions, orthopaedic injuries, developmental problems in children, geriatric conditions, cognitive or sensory processing disorders.
Speech & Swallow Therapy
Improves communication skills and treats swallowing difficulties (dysphagia).
Conditions: Stroke, head injury, Parkinson’s disease, speech disorders. Equipment: VitalStim®, specialised speech therapy tools.
INPATIENT SERVICES
We offer 18 private inpatient beds for patients requiring intensive, supervised rehabilitation. Our multidisciplinary team delivers personalised care plans using advanced technology and compassionate support — focusing not just on recovery, but on restoring independence and confidence.
Special Care Support
We provide expert management for patients with tracheostomies, urinary catheters, and feeding tubes. Patients are first stabilised in a step-down unit and then gradually transitioned into active rehabilitation with progressive independence.

Neuro Rehabilitation

Ideal For: Stroke, TBI, brain/spine surgery, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis. Approach: Gait training, speech therapy, cognitive retraining, occupational therapy.
Orthopaedic & Sports Rehabilitation
Restores mobility and peak performance after injury or surgery.
Conditions: ACL tears, rotator cuff injuries, joint replacements, chronic back pain. Approach: Manual therapy, structured exercise programmes, return-to-play protocols.
Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation
Improves heart and lung function in a monitored environment.
Conditions: Post-heart attack, heart failure, COPD, lung surgery recovery. Approach: Aerobic training, breathing exercises, nutrition guidance, stress management.
Geriatric Rehabilitation
Promotes safe, independent living for older adults.
Conditions: Osteoporosis, arthritis, balance disorders, frailty. Approach: Fall prevention, safe exercise programmes, home safety assessments.
